Overhead insulated wire

1. Site reflection before construction


(1) The appearance of reinforced concrete poles should be bright and flat, the wall thickness should be average, and there should be no exposed tendons, partial tendons, leakage, and dropped blocks.

(2) The top of reinforced concrete electric poles shall be blocked.

(3) Steel pipe rods and accessories shall be hot-dip galvanized, with an even zinc layer and no leakage of zinc, zinc slag, or zinc thorn.

(4) The size of the tower material and bolt holes are allowed to pass. The galvanized appearance should be continuous and intact, and there should be no harmless defects in operation such as pickling, peeling, and missing plating.

2.Electric pole assembly

2.1 Vertical pole machine vertical pole method

(1) The pole pit should be in a proper position in the center of gravity of the pole machine, the fulcrum is consolidated, and the outriggers are bumpy.

(2) The hoisting rope should be tied to the pole center of gravity.

(3) The operating force is averaged when operating the manual hoist.


2.2 Truck crane vertical rod method


(1) When the pole is upright, the car is driven to a proper position from the entrance of the foundation pit; during ordinary lifting, the boom and the ground

(2) When the hydraulic support leg of the truck crane is lowered, the car tire should not be stressed;

Place the point above the center of gravity of the pole and stop lifting the pole.

(3) After the pole is erected, the pole position should be adjusted in time to meet the requirements for the quality of the pole.

The lifting rope should be loosened after the backfill is tamped and the shaft is stable.


2.3 fixed herringbone pole vertical method

(1) The roots of the two poles are located on both sides of the pit, and the front and rear anchor piles are on the same vertical plane with the center of the pole pit of the herringbone pole. Draw and anchor the pile anchor temporarily.

(2) The center of gravity of the pole should be in the center of the foundation pit during the standing process.

(3) Straighten the pole after entering the pit, and immediately compact the backfill layer by layer.


2.4 Introspection of quality of pole assembly

After the poles are erected, they should be straight. The poles along the line are in a straight line, and the position is in line with the design or standard requirements. The backfill and buried depth of the pole meet the requirements.


Note: After the poles are assembled, the line does not move horizontally beyond 5 cm. Overhead power distribution lines that are erected on the same pole and run in the same line are strictly prohibited from erecting high-voltage lines on the same channel with cement poles lower than the poles on both sides of the channel. As shown in the figure below, if a new line crosses or crosses other distribution lines, appropriate poles should be set up at the interspersed points to support and meet the minimum vertical interval of 10 kV between lines and the minimum vertical interval of 10 kV 0.8 meters. 10 kV and 0.4 kV minimum vertical separation requirements of 1.2 meters.


3.Crossarm device


(1) The cross-arm device shall be level, and the device bias shall conform to the design or standard requirements.

(2) Iron crossarms and iron accessories used for overhead lines shall be hot-dip galvanized. During overhaul, if there is severe rust or deformation, it should be replaced.

(3) The minimum vertical interval between the crossbars on the same pole shall meet the requirements in the following table (unit: mm).

4.Pull line manufacturing and device

4.1 Manufacturing and installation of ordinary wire

4.1.1 Pull wire manufacturing


When the cable connection fittings use wedge clamps, UT clamps or steel cards:

(1) The tail wire of the steel strand should be on the convex belly side of the tongue clamp plate, and the length of the tail wire should be 300 ~ 500mm.

(2) There should be gaps in the twisted part of the steel strand, and there should be no loose strands.

(3) The tail wire of the stranded wire is bundled at a distance of 50mm from the end of the wire, and the bundled length should be 50 ~ 80mm.

(4) After twisting the end of the steel stranded wire, use galvanized iron wire to tie it tightly.

(6) The wire rods in severely corroded areas should stop the anticorrosive treatment.


4.1.2 Pulling device

(1) The pull wire should use a common pull wire hoop.

(2) The pull wire hoop is usually installed below the corresponding cross arm, 100mm away from the center line of the cross arm.

(3) The tightening of the pull wire should be stopped with a tightener.

(4) Install cable insulators according to requirements.

(5) Hot-dip galvanized wire rod should be used for the bottom of the wire, the safety factor should not be less than 3, and the small diameter should not be less than 16mm.

(6) A warning sign should be installed on the cable.

(7) The wire anchor must be installed on the air or cast-in-situ concrete components (beams, columns), and the installation on the wall must be rust-proofed.

(8) The anchors of multiple layers of pull wires in the same direction should not have a common point, and two or more anchors are guaranteed.

(9) The anchor of the cable anchor shall be buried and straight without any skew. The anchor plate of the anchor shall be perpendicular to the cable.


4.2 Manufacturing and installation of pre-crossed wire

4.2.1 Pull wire manufacturing


When the cable is pre-twisted:

(1) The wire connection fittings generally use spiral pre-twisted tension clamps.

(2) The appearance of the pre-twisted wire should be bright and free of defects such as cracks, folds and scars.

(3) Confirm that the cable clamp matches the diameter and variety of the cable.

(4) The direction of rotation of the clamp and the steel strand is different, and the standard right-handed method is adopted.


4.2.2 Pulling device


(1) The pull wire should use the common pull wire hoop.

(2) The pull wire hoop is usually installed below the corresponding cross arm, 100mm away from the center line of the cross arm.

(3) The tightening of the pull wire should be stopped with a tightener.

(4) The cable should be installed with a cable insulator according to the requirements.

(5) Warning signs should be installed in the pull lines of urban areas or population centers, and the height of the signs should not be less than 2000mm.


5. Conductor erection

5.1 Introspection before launch

(1) The type and specifications of the wires should meet the design requirements.

(2) When the conductors are deployed, the obstructions in the line corridor shall be cleared to meet the requirements for wire construction.

(3) The minimum distance between the spanning frame, the object to be straddled, and the charged body should conform to the rules.

5.2 Reel arrangement

(1) The pay-out plan should be formulated before the pay-out, and the pay-out segments should be reasonably allocated.

(2) According to the terrain, add the pay-out length in the pay-out section appropriately.

(3) According to the pay-off plan, the wire reels are transported to the place.

(4) Special guards shall be set up and invalid braking measures shall be provided.

(5) The construction reel near the live line should be firmly grounded.

6. Pay-off operation

6.1 Preparation

(1) The pay-off rack should be sturdy and the outgoing end should be pulled out from above the spool, and the quality of the pay-out wire should be reflected.

(2) Set a pulley on each base pole, and place the wire in the groove.

(3) Meet the relevant requirements of GB 50173.

6.2 Manpower release

(1) When pulling the wire by manual traction, pay attention to the proper interval between the wire drawing personnel.

(2) Leaders should aim at the rear and pay attention to the signal at any time.

6.3 Machine traction and pay-off

(1) The traction rope is transported in sections throughout the construction section so that it passes through the pay-off block in sequence.

(2) Rotary ropes or anti-bending adapters are used to connect between the traction ropes.

(3) Use the machine to rewind the traction rope and drag the overhead wire to display.
